Warranty
All registered users are entitled to warranty coverage
for 60 days after purchase date. Warranty coverage includes
e-mail support, telephone support, and all release upgrades
(major and minor).
All products purchased from SiteAll are covered by an
unconditional 30-day money-back guarantee. If for any reason you
are not satisfied with your software in the first 30 days after
purchase, just e-mail our customer service team to arrange for
your return and refund.
Problems with Support?
We use a personal 1-to-1 support system. Normally, the
same support person stays with you until your question is
resolved. And that person will respond within 24 hours during
weekdays and 48 hours on weekends.
